Gwen Bush provides certified instruction for MARC Quality Services
Gwen Bush is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality and an experienced ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Gwen has trained Black Belts, Green Belts, and Yellow Belts and provided Six Sigma Master Black Belt support for many organizations.
Ms. Bush is an RABQSA-registered QMS auditor, an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, and a certified EMS Lead Auditor. Ms. Bush has over 30 years of experience in applied quality engineering, quality management system development, quality systems auditing, applied mathematics, applied statistics, and training in the Fortune 100 arena.
Major accomplishments:
- Worked with Mission Hospitals to Achieve ISO 9001 Registration for First Hospital Laboratory in NC
- Worked with Uniform Rental Supply to Achieve First ISO 9001 Registration for a Laundry in NC
- Worked with Caterpillar Morganton Facility to Achieve First QS9000/TS16949 Registration for CAT
- Assisted Organizations in Reducing WIP and Improving Work Flow By up to 40%
- Included in Three Software Magazine Articles on Developing Computer Software for Quality Control
- Developed and Teaches at Least 20 Major Quality Courses
